Vintage Design
Pair of Orange hex-shaped ceramic wall lights. Manufactured in Germany in the 1970s. The base of the light is hexagonal and there is a beautiful ceramic web on top of that. The fixtures can also by used as flush mount. The style of the glaze is called ‘Fat Lava’. Which means the glaze is thick on some parts, like lava. A typical way to finish ceramic in mid-century West-Germany, Europe. The glaze has a dark orange in the middle and a grayish brown color on the outer ring. We used gold light bulbs (see images), but silver light or smoked bulbs are also very stylish. Dimensions: Diameter: 13.78″ (35 cm) Depth: 3.54″ (9 cm)
