18th-19th century lost wax cast bronze Radha, wife of Krishna, India
Radha was a one of the gopis (milkmaids or cowherds) who Krishna played and danced with as a child. They developed a divine love and she became his favourite. Some believe her to be an incarnation of Lakshmi. She embodies supreme focus and mental clarity, beauty, intelligence, and good fortune. Here she is portrayed in the middle of a voluptuous dance.
