An important 18th century Italian giltwood mirror over a conforming demilune giltwood console table having a white marble top. The table has a carved open work apron with decorative circles framing rosettes joined with leaf work, large carved rosettes top the circular fluted and tapering legs.
The tall rectangular mirror rests on two carved supports on top of the marble, the four corners of the mirror also are decorated with large rosettes. On top of the rectangular section of the mirror is a further distressed mirror behind three large carved and gilded fruit/flower baskets, the central basket of flowers and fruit being the largest. A fantastic example of neoclassic furniture, Italian, circa 1790.
