Mid Century swivel vanity stool attributed to Paul Frankl. Classic nod to Art Deco lines paired with tapered Mid Century legs. In all my years of collecting, I have yet to come across one like this. This piece is beautifully preserved and appears rarely used. Excellent vintage condition. Seat cushion in firm, plump shape. Swivel mechanism turns well. Stunning olive green in velvet.

Perfect pop of color and lines for any room. Truly, for when you want an accent chair to double as art. There is no manufacturer’s marking but structure, design and bottom construction match several other vanity stools attributed to Frankl.

moreThere are small minor parts in the velvet as seen in the photos. The swivel works well but I do want to note that it is not a silent turn. There is a faint glide on the counter-turn and slight click reset gear sound on the clockwise turn. Everything feels and sounds right, solid and well made just wanted to point out it’s not a modern, soundless turn.
