This Mid-Century Chapman style vintage all brass lamp is quite a unique stunner. The wicker-like base is made from weaved brass metal strands. Quite an intricate work of art with a material not easily pliable.

The perforated metal shade creates a celestial, stargazer ambiance with its pierced top motif allowing small pin-holes of light to shine through for a whimsical touch . The bulk concentration of light is focused downward due to the metal shade. Definitely a mood light. Shade is included and was with the base when I curated the item.
